Episode 9 of Upon Further Review!
Okay, okay, so we’re a bit late with Episode 9 of Upon Further Review too…but now that we’re finally settled in to Eagle Studios, things should be much smoother from here on out (including the air conditioner which will no longer be on during recording…sigh.) In this episode we send a shout out to Steve from The Wicked Good Podcast as he weighs in on the EB Games controversy before welcoming our guest reviewer Cathryn, who helps us review our two items for the week: first, we leap tall buildings in a single bound with our review of Superman Returns; second, we brush up on our grammar skills as we review the Grammar Girl’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Writing podcast. I know some Christians are hypocritical and such, but not all of us!

Loved the show, loved the guest reviewer. Look forward to more guest reviewers once in a while – it’s a nice way to change up the show and it really worked.
Had some interest in Superman Returns, and now I’m going to put it in my Netflix queue. Did laugh to myself at Greg’s claim that 3D doesn’t really work for him. Must be an interesting life, without the dimension of depth ;-)
Partial to grammar, and had heard about the Grammar Girl podcast before. I’ll make sure to check it out.

Glad you liked the guest review slot…you’ll hear more, including one in the upcoming Episode 39. As for 3D…Greg doesn’t know, but HD doesn’t blow him away either. Could he be the variable? :)
